Serial starter

Starting again keep starting and stopping need people who will motivate me to keep going when it gets hard so if you can help please add me

    Welcome Back!

    Motivation comes from within, I don't believe it's something another can give to us.

    Do you have goals set up, 5 lbs on the ticker, 10 lb mini-goals etc. That can help so much. If a person has 40 lbs to lose it can seem like a huge goal but starting the ticker at mini-goals can make it more fun.

    Others can help to inspire us have you been over to the 'Success' section? :smiley:

    Pre-logging your meals for the next day or two, or week can get you in the groove. Thinking about your workouts and exactly what and when you will go and do them? If you like to walk, figure out what time you plan to get out and do it. Dig your heels in start to focus on what you'd really like out of this experience.

    Thinking over all these things when we start out or start over can really give us a jump start.
