I literally eat KFC grilled chicken 3 - 5 times per week. The flexibility of counting calories and not looking at food as healthy vs. Unhealthy has truly changed my life. What a time to be alive

Now I want some greasy KFC fried chicken. Too bad the husband hates it. Haven't had it in years.0

I know how you feel, I have it at least once a week. I rearranged my calories last night so I can start having it once a week without guilt. Yay doesn't seem like a strong enough word...1

Just had it tonight0

The grilled? I had it once and it was so dry. I just go original recipe once in a great while. So much diarrhea, but it still seems worth it somehow.
Glad you've managed to incorporate your favorite things into your goals, though. You have to get it done your way and nobody else's.1 -
So glad you have found what works for you @taylorrd.
That really is the key to eating at a deficit
Unfortunately, for me, KFC is one of those things that goes in one end and out the other within the hour.

I went through my KFC phase. Now I'm in a waffle and pancake phase. 'Tis all about fitting it into your calorie goals0

Love that chicken from Popeye's though....0

Good job incorporating it within your calorie goal. I've been doing so well, so I had enough calories to incorporate a 255 calorie coco puff today0

I can eat grilled chicken too, slathered in butter with a side of buttered green beans. Low carb, high fat, always satisfying to me. I can have KFC too, if I bothered with eating out at all.0

This will be today's motto3 -
I went recently and they claimed they didn't sell it anymore! Maybe they just didn't know what they were talking about. I was so bummed. Still a lot of sodium but it's a fairly ok choice for a cheat meal. Pair with green beans and maybe some mac n cheese0
