    Welcome! I can't speak for the others but I'm 2 more hours sleep, a shower, amd some coffee. I found entering in the food and exercise everyday helped me stay consistent, i don't enter it much anymore since i have a good idea what and how much to eat, could always be better but im doing ok.

    Relatively new here myself. Have needed a few restarts but as a wise old man once said its not how many times you fall down that matters what matters is how many times you get back up.
