BBG with Kayla Itsines?

I'm sure this was asked before.
Has anyone done this workout? Likes or dislikes?
Are they just 30 minutes long with cardio too?

    I've been incorporating most of BBG into my regimen for close to a year now. LOVE that it's only about 40ish minutes of your time (I warm up for 5 minutes, actual BBG circuits are 28 minutes total, and then I cool down for 5). I also love that I can do it at home, so no excuses for me to miss a workout. It's done wonders for building my endurance, toning my full body, and also there's just a great community of BBG women who are so, so supportive. I highly recommend it.

    For a dislike, my only complaint is that it can get repetitive because it incorporates much of the same types of moves over the 12-weeks, so I've started including other programs/types of exercises along with BBG instead of solely doing BBG like I was at first. However, it definitely doesn't mean that the program gets any easier lol. You just start noticing that over time, you're able to get through more of the circuits or that you feel stronger doing one of the exercises, so also a positive in that regard.
