I've been trying to do yoga consistently this summer but for some reason or other I lose the motivation. Anyone want to motivate each other to do the 30 days of yoga from yogawithAdriene on YouTube?

have you guys started yet?? not sure if I would be able to manage it as I have ME so I have to take things steady - but I would at least like to give it a try!!1

I haven't started yet but I don't think we all have to go at the same pace either, just go at your own pace. We can all post where we are in the challenge individually as like a diary log on this thread, that way we can motivate each each other and keep each other accountable. 0
