I'm a plant-based bodybuilder and I was wondering if there is anyone else out there like me!
I could use some meal ideas. Thanks.

    Hi Retta :) I've been on a vegan diet for almost 3 months now. Wow, body building, that's cool! I just got into running again and trying out some yoga. As for meals, I could eat the same thing everyday to be honest, I'm not picky. I'll usually have protein smoothie in the morning with either peanut butter or avocado toast and some fruit, for lunch I'll have a sandwich w/ miso soup or pasta w/ tofu, and for dinner I usually have rice, spinach & beans or lentils. I snack a bit throughout the day, take vegan supplements everyday, and electrolytes every now and then. I hope that was helpful!
