1. Do you follow the monthly plan or do you do your own thing?
If you do your own thing, do you just do random things?
And if you follow it, what have you seen as far as results?
2. Weird, weird question, but, do you have any type of like breathing pattern? Cause I die when I do HIIT workouts and I don't even know why.
3. I'm curious, it's a fun question, but what's your favorite DVD? mine is fire 45 ez.
Thanks for your time!

1. following the plan but i havnt been doing it long.
2. actually, i need help with that too, as weird as that is

I followed the plan and lost 80lbs, now I am doing my own thing incorperating strength training from ChaLean Extreme. When I do my own things I rotate three different workouts with HIIT two to three times a week. No breathing pattern, if you are dying then you are doing it right you gotta work until you are breathless...comfortably uncomfortable what Chalene says to get the best results. My fav is Fire 60 and HIIT 30, can't pick one!!0

I did the prep schedule when I first got it but then I did INSANITY and am now doing P90X so when I want a fun cardio workout I just pop one in. I really like Fire 55EZ! I'd have to say my Least favorite is Fire 45 Class. Gets me huffing and puffing everytime!
I don't have a breathing pattern but when I first started, I couldn't even get through a short one and the HIITS killed me but now that I've been working out for a while the breathing is much easier! If you need to catch your breath, just press pause get a drink, and hop back in!
Oh, and I lost quite a bit of weight with TF and lots of inches- it works!!0 -
1. Yeah, I'm following the schedule. I like the structure and the fact that it has an "end". It helps me stay on. If I was just randomly doing it, I would probably miss more days. I am not following the eating plan though. To hard to follow with my schedule and my kids.
2. If you are new, take a few more seconds (pause) to catch your breath in between HIITs. I think it's better to do each one with the right amount of intensity than it is to only rest for a minute.
3. My favorite is probably 40min stretch!0 -

So you got the advanced DVDs? Do you like them? Recommend them?0 -
1: I started by following the plan and then I stopped and did my own thing. Then I followed it again for the first full month of workouts and now I'm back to doing my own thing because I do a lot of different kinds of exercise besides turbo-fire.
2: I did a HIT workout last night. I don't know If there's a special breathing pattern I just breath deeply and let it all out. and then breath in/out.
3: Favorite DVD was originally Fire 45EZ, but I absolutely love Fire 60. I just did that one tonight.
-Overall results= better endurance, higher kicks, and weight-loss. loving turbo-fire again after several hiatuses through these past 5 1/2 months.0
