So I'm done 28 lbs; daily running and occasional bicycling and maintaining 1200 calorie diet. Weight loss has plateaued and I need ideas to change up exercise routine.
Any advice is appreciated!

Do you weigh your food? If not then try that. You maybe eating more than you think. Also do you eat back your exercise calories? Try eating only half your exercise calories back. how long have you been at a plateau? If it's only been a week or two then I wouldn't worry about it. I've plateaued for a week or two myself and then I was fine after. As far as exercise: try adding some strength training. I myself will be doing some strength training this week in order to boost my progress and preserve muscle. Good luck with your journey and congrats on your loss so far.1

Tighten up weighing and logging your food. Nearly all plateaus are due to calorie creep--eating more than you think. If its been only a few Weeks then it's just a normal stall or fluctuation and not a plateau.1
