I need someone to knock food out of my hands. Only lost 2.6 pounds since I've been on here (a few months) and can't seem to drop anything else. HELPPPPP.

Why do you want to lose weight? Sit down and make a list of all the reasons; all the things that will be better when you lose the weight. When your trigger foods are calling your name, review your list and ask if you want all those things more than the momentary pleasure the food will give you.0

Hi, I'm Rick! I'm also new here. I've been here for 5 days and I've lost 1,5 kg! : )
This app really works for me, and I'm using it in every meal. I'm not doing any special diet.
Just following my goal here that is 2000 cal each day. I usually look at the carbs and protein distribution.
I choose what I'll eat by knowing how that particular food would impact my nutrients distribution( every nutrient ).
I'm eating well and healthy because in the end we need our body to feel happy. I know it sounds strange but imagine that your cells could talk to you.... And when you reach your goal they will give you a special present.
The present sometimes could be endorphin. There is no magic, just imagine what you eat could be good stuff or trash that you are putting inside your cells.
