This might seem like a silly question but I can't find it in the manual...

How do you turn it off? lol

    Are you trying to turn off the monitoring mode? Bottom left hand button (at least on my F6). I hit it a few times to get back to normal watch.

    turn off the actually watch

    You don't turn it off..You can stop the monitor but the watch keeps on ticking...so to speak.

    Oh.... so do ppl usually just wear it as a watch when they're not working out then?

    I don't wear mine as a watch because I think it is find of ugly. It stays on my dresser when not in use. :smile:

    I almost bought the guy one just for the color lol. I don't like how it looks either =P

    My cellphone is my "watch" lol
