I joined this ap last year and then got of track and have gained back what I have lost. I have a wedding planned for 12/31/16 and I want to lose 30 pd to include the 10-15 i've gained I really could use some motivation

It's not easy- I have 5 kids and 6 dogs and limited time for me in super exhausted but when I got in scale this weekend I relaxed I need to stop making excuses0
