Good start to my day.

Started my day with 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar along with cayenne powder and turmeric mixed with water.

Boosts nutrient absorption raises metabolism. And reduces inflammation. All natural. It really works.

    All three of those things have really good and tasty cooking uses. I'd rather get them in my diet that way, personally.

    I've been taking ACV alone with water, about a tablespoon, every morning and some evenings for about 10 weeks now. It's been fantastic! It works as a probiotic when taken before meals and helps regulate blood sugar after eating. I use Bragg's brand, it's raw unfiltered and unpasteurized. It may be placebo but I love it makes me feel.
