Need Support Please

Hey Ladies,
I'm 31 and 160 lbs over weight! Want ti have another baby but don't feel safe getting pregnant! I have HORRIBLE knees and well just looking for any advice to get the weight off fast! Thanks so much!

    I started out back in May at 307 and I'm currently at 274. I use this site to track every calorie that goes in my mouth, right down to chewing gum and mints. And there are times when I eat out at restaurants or at parties or something and I just give up trying to track them because I don't know what is in it, but I don't feel like I've ruined the day because of it. I try to be very vigilant those days to eat low calories with high volume like salads or maybe egg white omelets, etc. so that my calorie count doesn't get too crazy off the chart. I also use a High protein shake most days at least once as a snack, treat, or meal replacement because it's low cal, delicious and full of protein and filling! I use the Vega Sports Performance Shake because it's so good for you and taste really good just as is, but I usually add 1/2 to 1 cup of almond milk and either some fresh berries or unsweetened cocoa powder plus 1/2 fresh banana. I got that recipe from the book Zero Belly Diet, which has really helped me to eat better and understand weight loss better. Wishing you much success because children are worth all your effort!!! :)

    I have not gotten down to my start weight after my last child and it's almost been 3 years so I'm right there with U you got this
