Today I woke up sore on my left boob. I also noticed that a string was there too. I'm not sure if it was skin string or any other string , I tried pulling it out but it stuck. What could it be and how can I remove it?

    Soak it in water. It's likely something that just attached to the liquid that crusts over. It will be fine.

    My nipples hurt just reading this :scream: I've occasionally thought (mostly while drunk) that I should experiment with a risqué body piercing. The phrase "skin string" just convinced me that...nah, I'm cool

    You didn't pierce them yourself, did you?

    Your piercer should be able to answer questions better than anyone here! If not, a visit to your doc would be warranted if you think there is any possibility of infection.

    I have my tongue pierced it didn't hurt one bit. It didn't swollen up either
