Some how I've managed to gain back almost everything that I lost. Totally ready to try this again... and definitely need to stick with it when my weight gets close to my goal.

Tonight I decided to turn things around. My food intake was logged and I would slowly continue going up if I ate how I did today (worst part was snacks/junk food). I weigh 185.4lbs... Hopefully down half a pound for the morning weigh in.
Goal 1: Down to 180lbs on September 6 (school year/start work)
Goal 2: Down to 170lbs on October 31 (Halloween just seems like a good check in time)
Goal 3: Down to 160lbs on December 31 (hard to lose it AND keep it off over the holidays)6 -
And when you get to your goal weight, what will you do?

I use my phone and sometimes it sucks. It won't let me add people but I can accept requests

182.2 (and that was with wet hair because I forgot to weigh in before my shower)1

181lbs... I know the first few pounds are the easiest but I am still surprised to be down 4.5lbs in less than a week1
-
Guess I'm done with the water weight. 181.4
Even with the slight increase, I am happy to say I have remained under my calorie goal everyday so far. And have managed to avoid late night snacks2 -
Woo hoo.. 180.4
I'm pretty sure I will make my first goal (be 180 or less) by September 60 -
185.4 last Friday to 179.4 this Friday. My first weigh in was at night and I did chop off 3 inches of hair, which was weighing me down and starting to give me headaches. BUT it does not matter. What matters is that I have met my first goal a week ahead of schedule.
HIP HIP HORRAY FOR ME!!!3 -

179.2 this morning (last weigh in until Monday).
If I didn't have the late night cooler and pistachios, I may have actually been below 179.
Hopefully I can watch what I eat this long weekend.0 -
Maybe try weighing in less frequently? Just a thought.1

Why do you suggest less weigh in?0 -
179.8 lbs
really close but I made or0 -
Weight can fluctuate by several pounds on a day-to-day basis. Mostly because of fluctuations in body water. Weighing frequently, for me, meant seeing an increase after doing really well in a days time and becoming disappointed in the result without really knowing what it meant. You should also not just use weight as a measurement, but try using body dimensions as well (waist, hips, etc.). I weigh once a week. I would suggest doing no more than that, but it's really your preference.1

178.6 lbs this morning
probably sweating off the weight it is so hot at work1 -
I started again 3 months ago after gaining all my weight back. I get weighed once per week, mainly on a Tuesday, I've lost 16+1/2lb so far - I'm only 4ft 10in and I've gone from 13st 5lb down to 12st 2.4lb

You can add me too if you would like too

During morning weigh ins, I find that I'm still lingering in the VERY high 170s. It's been hard to motivate myself to exercise after work (especially because I spend a total of 4 hours commuting each day). So I don't know how I'm going to lose 10 lbs by Halloween.0
