Bai water

What is Bai water?

Assuming it's some kind of flavoured water.... Sure, it will help you stay hydrated, just like juice, soft drinks, tea, coffee, watermelon, soup etc.

Just googled it.... wow, they are using every buzz word I know to upsell water with flavours and sweeteners.

I don't count those sorts of drinks into my water intake. I count tea though

I don't count water (I drink lots and always have and know I'm well-hydrated, so why on earth bother as if it were some magic formula?), but if I did I'd think flavored water (whether tea, bai, sparkling Ice, LaCroix, diet soda, sugary soda, whatever) would count.
