in Getting Started
I recently downloaded this app, because of the obvious, I need/want to get in shape. I am a mother to a 20month old little boy. I have no idea on how to get started and is in need of anyone's help.

    My son will be 2 this month and I've found it pretty easy to go to a track because I can walk the track while he's roaming the track and is still close in sight. Most of the time he prefers to walk with me instead of running through the field with his older brother though lol. :D
