Scales

Looking for recommendations on a good scale that's not overly expensive. My last one I bought was almost 5 years ago. It's a digital and the last few weeks it gives me up to 6 different readings when I weigh myself in the morning. Even shuts off. Thanks

Any scale will work for tracking your progress, it's more about measuring change than it is about perfect accuracy so really a $10 scale will do the trick. I'd just get something cheap and convinient.1

Did you try changing the batteries?1 -
As long as your using the same scale to weigh yourself it doesn't matter how much u spend. I do like the ones that calculate bmi and hydration but it is not needed. Take monthly measurements ..... It will also help you see progress.0

I use a Medisana body analysis scale for the last 3-4 years. It is definitely the best scale I ever had. You can check it out here: medisana.com/en/Health-control/Personal-scales/ISA-Body-analysis-scale.html1
