I'm new and looking for support friends!

Hey guys! I'm Robyn. I'm 209lbs and I'm looking to get to 120lbs. I'm cutting out freezer food, drinking water, and aiming for 2 walks a day. I slipped the last two days so I'm looking for people for support and motivation. Feel free to add me!

    Hi Robyn, don't worry to much about the slipping. Your weight will fluctuate somewhat. I would recommend that you contact a dietitian to help you with your journey. They can set up a program for you, and I've found mine to be very helpful and motivating when I felt my weight loss was not going fast enough.

    Hi Robyn, I started at 256lbs...got down to 218 then I joined MFP in May and now at 192. I don't know what my final goal will be, I will know when I get there I think. I started with a slimming club, a few years ago, but it wasn't a sustainable diet in my opinion and it was way too hard trying to fit it around family food.
