I want to help inspire anyone like me who kept going back and forth and just couldn't make it past a certain point. It can, I promise, be done. These are a few answers to questions I had, hope they help and if I can help any further please let me know!
Drink water until you LOVE it, then find a nice bottle to carry EVERYWHERE and keep filling it up.
Make a choice about food and make it a standard in your life.
The less people you tell, the less you feel overwhelmed at times.
You may have loose skin but it will not in any way look as bad as you think. Be relentless with toning exercises and it will make a difference.
The scales tell you NOTHING about how you feel.
Weigh lifting will certainly make a different and you will NOT look bulky.
You might lose friends but it's their problem.
Be selfish constantly, you cannot be there for anyone, even your children if you are not putting yourself first.
If you don't like the gym there are a multitude of different options.
Wake up 10 mins early and jog on the spot, I swear this will get easier.
Cut your long term goals into medium goals and those into small achievable goals. You can find 3 mins a day, build on that.
Credit yourself for EVERYTHING. If you mess up, credit yourself for realising it and move on.
Learn your macros, these are life tools.
This is your journey, you don't need to convince anyone else what's right for you.
