Should tea be included in water intake?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if tea would be counted in as part of daily water intake. On average I drink tea daily, Venti Iced Green Tea (w/ 0 Cal Sweetener) from Starbucks & an Earl Grey tea (w/ 0 Cal Sweetener & a drip of Skim Milk). Should I be including this?
Thank you for your answers ahead of time :-)

Yup, anything liquid. In fact, the water in your food is also counted by your body as water. It makes the old "you must have X amount a day" a bit of a red herring.
But yes. Even coffee, soft drink and juice counts. Just because it has other things in it doesn't make it less hydrating.7 -

Yup. Anything with calories should be included in your food log, but all beverages can also be counted as water.4

Yes... and I eat and drink my water.. It all counts towards the water goal!!0

You should not worry about it and just stay hydrated.0

They say tea and coffee counts as water.. I drink around 3L of tea a day, my results are : Just drink tea, no plain water = fluid retention. Drink tea plus plain water alongside it = No fluid retention. So, i'm not 100% sold on tea counting as water even though the premise makes sense, my body happens to disagree.0
