A little confused about the calories

I am just a little confused about the calories. I have been tracking everything I have been eating, and it is saying I am not eating enough calories. I eat until I am full and I eat every time I am hungry. Am I suppose to force myself to eat more?

I would go with what works for you and how you feel. I have a screwed up metabolism from years of abuse (I had an ED when I was younger) so my calorie count is lower than 1200/day (I spoke with my doctor about this before I started). I think if you're consistently losing weight and you're not starving all the time, then continue doing what you're doing!0

I only eat when I'm hungry. It ends up being every 2-3 hours and it works for me. If your not hungry, your not hungry.0

Thank you this was very helpful.0 -
I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as you are full.
I did look at your diary... You are eating a lot of processed foods... High in sugar and simple carbs. I would look at balancing your plate with fresh fruits, veggies, lean protein, non fat dairy, and complex carbs (i.e. whole grains). It will be much better for you and baby... Especially if you are breast feeding.0
