Exactly 1 year ago I made slight progress with this app. I figured I didn't need it anymore and that I would continue eating better and exercising. Boy was I wrong. I've learned my lesson and would appreciate any advice, motivation & encouragement. I look forward to restarting this journey with you all

Never stop! , this is a life long change. I compare it to finances, would you go buy a new outfit if you didn't know how much money you had in the bank. Can you afford it? One sure way to find out. Look in the bank, if you don't have the$ you can't by it. Same here, if you don't have the calories, dont eat it1

Very important to chart everyday. Don't stop. Post everything you eat. You will learn a lot about yourself. Surround yourself with motivational friends here. Read all the recommended posts on the Community page for beginners. Great advise. If you overeat then tomorrow is a new day. Don't put yourself down saying. " I should of...... or if I only". Just move on. Don't look back, go forward. Everyday is a new beginning. Look at this as a challenge, not a chore. Write your goals and what you want out of this and post it her for you to look at and remind yourself what is important to you.1 -
