ideas for 20 minute home strengh workout

Hi there, does anyone have a workout for home , using hand weights? I have tried 30 ds and can't do the jumping really bothered my knees so cardio will be walking, or any site to look at to get ideas. I am not into getting body like body builder i am 51 and over that, but just want one that will be 3 - 4 days a week and to get toned.....thanks

    The Power 90 program is about 30 minutes and uses dumbbells and body weight exercises.

    Yes, I think I know exactly what you want. I'll send you a message. BTW, I'm 54 years old and beginning to build my fitness level back up. I do strength exercises using dumbbells 3-5 days a week.
