How?
I cut out breads, rice and noodles for a month!
Drank water almost every hour!
Ate breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner (and sometimes, if calories allowed, a snack before bed!)
Exercised every day!
And...I'm still counting the lbs away...

Well, you can eat what you want as long as you stay within your daily target. Personally, I wouldn't eliminate bread and rice and I'll drink when my body asked me to, it isn't good to drink too much water either.4

Indeed, you can eat what you want.
When I was losing, I found that some foods made compliance with the calorie deficit easier, some made it harder FOR ME. Enriched, bleached white breads, enriched pasta, white rice and sweets did NOT make it easier for me. Limiting them did.
Different strokes for different folks, eh? I agree about water. I have a good sense of when I'm thirsty, and when I need water. cheers4 -
Awesome work @ejc784. It's always encouraging to see the scale drop when that's your goal. Flour tends not to be my friend either, but I couldn't bear the thought of giving up Asian noodle dishes...so now I use my spiralizer religiously! Thank you zucchini and squash. Cheers and good luck!0

So true about that is is calorie deficit regardless of what you eat contrary to all to those fitness magazines that tell you to just eat chicken and one scoop of rice with boiled broccoli and egg whites1
