Hi! My name is Golder - I'm Tanzanian. I've been on MFP for years now but never friended anyone from my country (that wasn't on my list of Facebook friends and they're not really active). I've gained about 10kgs since 2013 and would like to reach 58kgs before the end of the year. I want to do more yoga, eat cleaner, get busier...
