I am a 5'3" mama who has gained 20 lbs since becoming a single mom last year. I need motivation,I keep falling off the wagon!
Im currently somewheres between 138-144 (depending on which scale I use) and want to get down to 125-130,and more importantly I need to tone up! I know its not a huge loss, but when youre a petite person 10 lbs can be the difference between back rolls or not ( and these back rolls Ive gained the past year are getting me down )

I don't have any pictures, as I am still on my journey, but I am same as you. 5"3 mom who wants to get to 125-130. I am over half way there, and would love another friend, so feel free to add me if you like and we can keep each other motivated!0

I'm 5' 2.5". I've gone from 212 to 125ish. Here's a 1 year MFP anniversary picture... this was back in February and I think I've lost several pounds since this picture was taken but I'm too lazy to do an after picture lol. I've been in maintenance since April.

I saw this link elsewhere in one of these threads, but check out this link. At the top right, search "5'3/" (without the quotation marks). On the next screen, click limit my search to /r/progresspics.
