I just wanted to share with you all what I saw tonight.
Tonight, I was out at a party and I saw this young girl, maybe 18?, she was probably slimmer than me but my oh my her calves were the size of my thighs and her arms were quite big too. Don't get me wrong, Im not having a dig at her but i actually felt sorry for her. she can try toning them but i think they will always be big. it kind of made me appreciate what i've got to work with but bless her, she really has no other option. :(

I understand you didn't intend this to be a dig, but it really does sound that way. I've got really big arms too and I'm hoping that I, along with everyone else who wants to has "the option" (thanks to hard work) to achieve thin/toned arms. I didn't find this motivating at all, quite the opposite in fact. :(

sorry if offended you and that was really not my intention at all but I just felt bad for her. i'm not trying to say i'm better than anyone else but i guess i was just looking at all my negatives and not my positives.
again, sorry if i offended you. I am never trying to demotivate people.
