I'm here to re-introduce myself after falling off the wagon and not sticking with it for a long time. I lose about 40 or so pounds last summer in preparation for my wedding, but then wedding day happened, then honeymoon, and then it was birthdays, and then it was the holidays, and then spring which meant preparing for the busy season at work, and then it WAS the busy season... Anyway, it's all excuses and I know it, but it was hard to get through. I gained back a lot of weight and didn't really watch what I was eating. I'm pretty ashamed that it happened, but I'm not going to let it hold me back.
I know HOW to lose the 40 pounds now, it's just a matter of DOING it and I know I can. I have a new "why" and new set of motivation. I'm ready and raring to go and lose this weight and get healthy!! I'm excited to start! Who's with me??
