High Protein Low Fat

Hi folks,

I'm looking for ideas of high protein but low in fat foods which are convenient. Right now my go to's for quick snacks at work are canned tuna or cooked turkey bacon. Getting bored of it but really struggle to hit my protein budget each day.

    I don't know if you are trying to watch your carb counts as well but low fat cottage (226g) has 163 calories, 2g of fat, 6g of carbs, and 28g of protein.

    Greek yogurt is another convenient option.

    You could always pre-cook some boneless, skinless chicken breast and maybe sprinkle a bit of seasoning on that.

    Those numbers depend on what brand you use. My low fat cottage cheese per 226g has 192 calories, 5g fat, 14g carbs and 23g protein.

    Don't worry as much about fats as you should about sugars but
    A good and quick go to meal (shake) would be
    1 scoop protein - nitro tech is what I use - low sugar/high protein
    1 tablespoon cinnamon - natural fat burner
    1/2-1 cup oats
    Almond milk or water
    Blend
