    My name is Samantha, I'm 25 from Newcastle, North East England. I'm a single mother to a 1 year old who is my entire world

    My goal is 112lbs, I've lost 34lbs so far, so still loads to go
    Anyone can add me if they like, I'm very active on MFP, and post daily :) x

      My name is Darren, I'm 29 years old and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps (MOS: 0331/Machine Gunner) from Los Angeles, California. Single guy here. I've been lifting religiously for the past 3 years; looking at a recomp of my physique; currently 210lbs (used to be 178 when I ran 35-40 miles a week; decided to try something a little different and focus on body-building)

      Looking for new friends on MFP as my current list is kind of light.
