Hey there. I am new to the site. I am needing some motivation and an outlet to post my thoughts about fitness, health, diet, and just stuff in general. I have read good things about MyFitnessPal and so far am enjoying the Diary for tracking my food and exercise better. I am not new to sports or working out or eating healthy, but can always use support. I just moved to a new area, Menorca, Spain, and other than my husband, I don't know many people yet. Nor do I speak Spanish yet. I am also 16 weeks pregnant and that is a new and scary thing as well... let's just say when I make a change, I make a change! haha. No small easy steps here! Looking forward to meeting some great people here. Cheers!
