Korean recipe, anyone?

If you have any recipes, I'd definitely love to learn about them! I went to South Korea on my honeymoon, but being Muslim meant I couldn't try much of their food because they mostly use pork--if I had some recipes I could always switch out the pork for other types of meat.0

Great! Here's my version of their "kimbap" (rolled rice like sushi)
Main Ingredients
8 Sheets Dried Laver for Kimbap or Sushi
1 Cup (6 oz) Canned Tuna (2 Tbsp Mayonnaise + 2 Pinches Black Pepper)
4 Eggs (scrambled and sliced into thin pieces)
8 Perilla Leaves
8 Strips Yellow Pickled Radish
1 Cup Carrot (fresh)
(you can use spinach instead of perilla leaves)
~~I just put small amount of rice on the dried laver sheet and put those vegies then roll it up. (you can use sushi roller or just clean plastic wrap to roll it) it's healthy and the kids will like them as well.
You can remove the rice and put any vegetables you want / even cheese.
You can remove mayonnaise as well.
