Neck skin

Hello greetings kindest regards
I've been at this since June and have lost 42lbs... Male.... 28... I know that 2lbs a week is the healthy maximum but I fell in love with hiking and intervals and strength training and the weight fell off. I have a stone to go. I am 4 months ahead of schedule. Only thing is, I shaved my beard off for the first time in 10 years this morning (I had been meaning to when I reached my current weight) only to find something of a turkey neck.
1. How is this lessened. Even better, how do I get rid of it?
2. Are there any out there whi have successfully got rid of it without surgery? How?
Thanks,
Bill
