I have been using MFP for almost 3 weeks. Before I started, I bought a pair of shorts at Old Navy (of course I didn't try them on because I hate the mirrors in the dressing rooms!), and of course when I got them home, they didn't fit. So, I put them in my drawer and started my diet. Today, I tried them on again and THEY FIT! So excited about that and it will help me to keep going!
