Although exercise is exciting, we can make the workout time pass faster if we listen to (1) songs, assemble motivational (2) playlists, watch (3) television shows while walking on the treadmill, listen to the (4) radio, read (5) magazines, (6) newspapers, (7) books, (8) Kindles or (9)Nooks, or watch (10) YouTube. What do you or your friends use to enhance your fitness experience?

Sky go! App is a must for me. I have exercise biked my way through so many seasons of trashy US programmes that I would never admit to actually watching.2

I listen to spotify at the gym. Deftones are usually in the rotation although I mix it up daily..anything to push me through the cardio a little harder1 -
I notice many people who do the cardio machines. They do the stationary bicycle, or the treadmill, or the step machine or the cross trainer. But they have an enhanced display e-reader ereader with earbuds. They have a Nook, or a Kindle, or a tablet with them. Does anybody do that? .. [Yes, the image is in the public domain]0 -
Spotify is my life line for cardio. I usually listen to a mix of rnb and hip hop for workouts. However, Hans Zimmer (think Dark Knight and Inception soundtracks) makes cardio pretty epic. Sometimes I will watch YouTube videos too. Never do I read and workout, makes me kind of dizzy actually.1
