Accountability, Motivation and Food...HELP

I'm a 32y/o mom of 2 who works outside of the home. I need help with staying motivated for my early morning workouts (5:00am). I was doing great during the summer and have lost 17lbs since starting MFP April 2016. Some weeks I am able to get in 4-5 workouts/week and other weeks I struggle to get in one. I have hit a plateau in my weight loss and keep losing and gaining the same 2-3lbs. My goal is to lose another 10lbs. which sounds easy, but is proving to be quite difficult. In addition to the 10lbs. I've got to get rid of my pooch :/ . I need an accountability partner as well as help with meal planning for the week. I've found that when I meal plan I'm able to lose lbs. Please tell me someone out there understands my struggle.....
