Transitioning to new exercise schedule

So, I would like to stop working out at night and start exercising early in the morning. My problem, like most people, is that I have a difficult time getting up in the morning. Does anyone have any tips on getting out of bed in the morning and not hitting the snooze button?

Some people sleep in their jogging or workout clothes so that all they have to do in the morning is roll out of bed.1
