Bathroom

Since I started eating right I can't do numbers 2 lol yes !!!!!I am drinking lots of water and lots of green in my diet!!!!! What should I do ???

    Eat more fat. Avoid too much insoluable fibre e.g. wholewheat. Go for soluble fibre instead e.g oats, veg. Its much kinder to the intestine etc. Speaking as someone with ibs.

    Blueberries get my bowels moving. At 25 cals for 50 grams they are a pretty neat super food.

    Are you constipated or are you just not going as often? If its the first, make sure you are getting enough fat and fruit servings. If its the second, if you are eating less then #2 frequency might slow down as well. It may be a mixture of the two, also.

    To get things moving again, try stool softeners, while incorporating the dietary suggestions already given. You can stop them once the food changes have been in place a few days.
