c section tummy

Hi all I'm new to the forum! I'm looking for advice re the best exercises to help me lose and tone my stomach. I've had 3 c-sections and have the typical sag because of this. Any ideas? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Hayl x

Right now I'm just focussing on diet and I walk. I'm still trying to figure out my next step. I have seen a huge difference after loosing 63 pounds.1

Thanks! I lift heavy with minimal cardio. I started on a program called Stronglifts 5X5 and eventually graduated to my own program that I made for myself.1 -
Apparently only surgery can get rid of the apron like appearance. I've got it and have just lived with it.0
