Tex-Mex food is great for this. Chili with beef and beans on rice with some grated cheddar cheese is a huge protein fix with carbs. Anything with beans and rice is a balanced protein/carb high calorie meal and you can combine it with eggs to super charge it.
Sushi, if you love it, is a high calorie mix of protein/carb.
Cobb salads
Ice cream, raw eggs, whole milk with protein powder, a little rum extract, cinnamon and nutmeg gives you an eggnog shake.0 -

Pasta with a protein
Banana protein shake

Breakfast idea:
Waffles with syrup and berries, scrambled eggs, sausage link, and a fruit smoothie.
Lunch idea:
Yogurt parfait with Greek yogurt, granola, and berries, salmon, and a side salad with veggies, fruit, and nuts.
Dinner idea:
Spaghetti and meatballs with tomato sauce, pine nuts, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
Snack idea:
Trail mix with GoLean cereal, nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate.0 -
Sausage, wrapped in a turkey(or chicken) thigh, wrapped in bacon. 25 to 30 mins in the oven at around 180, check the chicken, if that's cooked it's all cooked. Great with mash potato and gravy.
Around about 35 g of protein for 1 sausage, 1 thigh and 2 bits of bacon. Depending on produce around 6-700 calls.
2 of them and I'd call that a tasty high cal high protein dinner. No carbs needed to be full as they are a big eat.0 -
