I use a pedometer to monitor my steps throughout the day, but I don't know how I should record it...or if I even SHOULD record it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Of course you should record it, even if you just walk 5 minutes at a time. You have to give yourself credit where credit is due.0

I record how many steps I have, how many miles I do, and any exercising activity I do in steps. I also track all exercise in a separate journal. Good luck to you!0

HOW should I enter it...I can't find anything for a pedometer or # of steps taken in the exercise list. Should I just record under walking at a slow pace?0

I also would like to know how to record it. I try to hit 10000 steps a day which is 5 miles. That include all my activity. ON Weightwatchers they have a catagory for that but I have never figured out if you are supposed to do only the pedometer points. With this program Iwould like to know how to record it as well. Anyone have an answer?0
