I originally started at 18 stone and now im down to 14. I will compete in a local body building show before im 30. What about you?1

Hello, I am not familiar with the term stone, is that equivalent to a pound? That's great to hear! Good luck! I am just looking to gain 5 pounds so I can gain muscle. I want to tone my legs and lift my buttox
Also, I am just trying to live a healthier lifestyle:-)

When I started with MFP, weight loss was my goal. Well I got the weight off, now I'm macro'ing everything and building muscle. What a crazy journey it's been so far, and I'm just getting started.1
