What are your stats? If that's you in your profile picture, it doesn't look like you have any weight to lose.1

Are you still eating 600 calories a day?0
-
Have you thought of lifting some weights?0

Thats not me in the picture, thats my goal, and i eat around 800-900 a day
I weigh 132pounds and i am 5'3"0 -
Stay on a healthy diet, being sure to eat A: enough, you're not, and B: not too much, if you're not logging accurately it's easy to miss on that as well. A healthy diet includes protein, carbs, and fats from a variety of sources.1

500 calories in Protein (125g), 300 calories in carbs(75g) 450 calories in fat(50g) = 1,250 calories a day.
Here's a meal plan that's close:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs whole, 1/2 cup dry Oatmeal with blue berries, and 1 scoop Syntha 6 Protein powder blend with water.
Lunch: 1 cup green beans, or broccoli, or asparagus whichever you like, and 6 oz lean ground turkey.
Dinner: 1 cup green beans, or broccoli, or asparagus whichever you like, Sweet potato(no skin), and 8 oz of baked chicken breast (seasoned however you like.)

I'm choosing a low sodium, low sugar diet. So I eat things that help me with that goal. Fruits (no fruit juices) and veggies, lean meat, less bread (so much sodium!), less processed items (sodium and sugar heavy), less cheese (again sodium). I'm not trying to avoid fats or carbs, though I monitor if I get to close to more fat than what I'm allowed i.e. too much olive oil, though good for me, need to watch it too. I use it with lemon juice and garlic for homemade dressing (no sugar, less sodium). Good luck.1
