Help! LOL.
I have a polar HRM and I love it! However, while most of the measurements it gives you are easily understandable. But - what does the % mean where it says CAL. FAT and below it is _____%?
I notice that when I stay in Levels 1 and 2 versus being in Level 3 that my percentage is higher. I have read my book - but don't see it anywhere?!?
Sorry... I may be a little slow on the uptake with this one. But Thank You in Advance for your input//feedback.

I have a Polar as well and love it!!! I believe it to be that the % that is showing is the % of calories were from fat. So, if your % shows 55, then 55% of calories burned come from fat. Please correct me if I am wrong! LOL :flowerforyou:0
