I am 61" tall and would like to get my weight down to at least 112 lb. I'm at 118 right now and have been stuck here for over a year. I have tried a number of programs but they would have me dropping my calories below 1000 per day and that is murderous.

I'm not sure where to go from here. My diet is good...low fat, low sugar, I take supplements, I get enough excercise (I think) but I'm 50 years old and I think that is causing the problem...or so I've been told.

I use all kinds of diet software to track what I eat and my work outs, but I continue to stay stuck.

Dropping below 1200 is bad !! You definitely need to at least 1200 a day just to function!!! Welcome to this site it will help you with tracking and everything. And the people here are very supportive. So the weight will be off before you know it.Continue what your doing with your diet and excercise just don't go below 1200 calories.
