Whole30/needing to lose weight

Hi!
My name is Becky and I'm needing to drop 50 pounds. I'm going to start Whole30 tomorrow and I would love to meet friends who are either needing to lose weight or are doing the Whole30 too

    Hi Becky, I'm just finishing up my 2nd round of Whole30! I've lost 45 lbs since I first started. The most important thing to remember is that you can do this! Whole30 is an amazing tool to help you reset. I found that it was so effective my first round I lengthened it to 60 days. Remember to prep, have an emergency meal or two ready to go in your freezer. (I love to prep a big batch of butternut squash soup and freeze it, then if I am in a bind I can just microwave the soup and throw in some protein, usually shrimp since it is easy to keep/freeze, I do a quick sautée on the shrimp before tossing it in the soup). You will feel great by day 14. Just muscle through the first two weeks and it will change your life! Good luck!
