I recently completed insanity max 30 (two times) and started hammer and chisel. I feel myself slowing gaining weight. I'm wondering if anyone combined a cardio program with hammer and chisel?
Thank you

Good morning! You could always try it with 22 hard corps. If you have questions about it, let me know. My husband completed it and I did a few of the workouts with him. It's only 22 minutes long but definitely good cardio!

You can always add in a some more cardio if you like. Did you change your diet though? If you recently added in more calories, then drop it down a bit to stabilize your weight. Also, are you gaining inches on your body measurements? You could very well be adding lean body mass with all the resistance training you're doing.

Do you want to gain weight?

If you want to lose weight you need to have a calorie deficit. In other words, you can do all the insanity exercise programs you choose, but you will not lose weight unless you eat at a calorie deficit. In fact, i gained 30 pounds pretty slowly running three times a week because I ate too much.
