Pre workout snack/meal

I was wondering do you log your pre workout ( morning ) snack or meal under breakfast? Cause I have a protein shake in the morning , workout and then eat breakfast..should I be logging it under snack?

    Ultimately, it doesn't matter too much where the food is logged. It is all about preference. However, you can change your meal names to accommodate your typical day. For example, I have my meal names set at Breakfast, Mid-Day Snack 1, Mid-Day Snack 2, Dinner and Dessert.

    If you go into your settings, you can change your meal names fairly easily.

    I added a meal name "Fuel" for this purpose, pre- and post-workout snacks. I have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, and Fuel.

    Yes, I was also going to mention that you can edit the fields and call it whatever you like. :)
