Hi everyone,
I've just joined a gym and have been for the first time today. I was wondering if anyone had a general plan for a 1 hour session I can do 3-4 times per week to help me lose weight?
I know it's a bit vague but just looking for advice really as I don't want to waste my sessions!
Thank you!

What are your goals?
Losing weight comes down to your calorie deficit.
If you want to get stronger, I would look into a beginner's progressive lifting program such as Stronglifts 5x5 ot Starting Strength.
If you want to become a runner, then I would look into the Couch25K app that you can do on the treadmill at the gym.1 -
If its a staffed gym, a lot do induction sessions. Which show you around equipment and make suggestions for your goals..
Several workouts of different types on line or if your totally stuck, could you invest in a couple of pt sessions to get you started.0
